Tippy hoop

Tippy hoop is quickly becoming one of the most exciting aerial apparatus. Tippy hoop is where the aerial hoop is rigged at two opposing points allowing the hoop to rotate. Tippy hoop requires both strength and freedom. Within the workshop, we will be creating shapes under and on top of the hoop as well as learning how to flip, tip and roll. Playing with the use of space and dynamics we will sequence movements together, learn technique and tippy hoop vocabulary.

Movement and Clowning
